Automated vehicles: consultation and joint report
Overview
The Law Commission of England and Wales and the Scottish Law Commission have been asked by the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV) to review the law relating to automated vehicles (AVs). This report presents our recommendations for a new regulatory framework to govern the introduction and continuing safety of AVs on roads or other public places in Great Britain (GB).
