Abstract

Today, companies must evolve their products and services, which creates a pool of new projects in a context of increasing cost and time constraints. Under these conditions, project management has a major role to play, based on the contributions of modeling and artificial intelligence. This unpublished book offers a formal framework for exhaustively defining the activities of a project. It addresses project management processes by explaining how they operate a set of information. This approach is complementary to project management doctrines such as PMI (PMP), IPMA, AACE, APM (Prince2) which do not go down to this level of detail. Starting from the structuring of project information to explain project management is a first. This approach does not lack generalities and allows for a very concise and complete presentation. It will be of interest to all those who want to train and understand the processes of project management and their concrete application. Designed as an atlas, this work is the result of a collaboration between the authors for more than ten years on the mastery of complex projects, particularly in the space field. We hope that this publication will promote the use of artificial intelligence techniques in support of projects and allow project management processes to collaborate more easily on shared data.
